Private Training

Private training is a great choice for puppies, manners, everyday behavior challenges, and dogs who learn better in a quieter setting. At My K9 Buddy, we use positive, reward-based training to help your dog understand what to do — and to help you feel confident, supported, and successful.

You’ll receive clear steps, practical coaching, and a training plan that fits your dog, your home, and your daily life. Whether you are starting with a new puppy, working on better manners, or helping your dog through a challenge, we’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward.

 At My K9 Buddy, we use kind, reward-based training that helps your dog understand what to do — and helps you feel confident teaching them.

Please note that we can only conduct in-home sessions within a 15-minute radius of our facility at 110 Airport Dr, Westminster, MD.

 Private training may be a good fit if:

• Your dog needs more personal attention than a group class allows
• Your puppy needs a strong start with manners, confidence, and a routine
• Your dog is distracted, worried, overexcited, or overwhelmed in class
• You want a plan made for your dog and your household
• You want kind, clear, reward-based training without judgment

One 60-minute in-home consultation,

Two 45-minute in-home follow-up sessions

Silver Package — $575

One 60-minute in-home consultation

Four 45-minute in-home follow-up sessions

Gold Package — $800

One 60-minute in-home consultation

Six 45-minute in-home follow-up sessions

Plus a training plan and a daily training checklist for six weeks.

Bronze Package — $225

One 60-minute in-facility consultation,

Two 30-minute in-person or online coaching sessions, 

A training plan and a daily training checklist for two weeks.

Silver Package — $400

One 60-minute in-facility consultation 

Four 30-minute in-person or online coaching sessions, 

Plus a training plan and a daily training checklist for four weeks.

Gold Package — $575

One 60-minute in-facility consultation

Six 30-minute in-person or online coaching sessions

Plus a training plan and a daily training checklist for six weeks.

Train from the comfort of home with live, one-on-one Zoom coaching. Virtual sessions are a great fit for reactive, shy, or easily over-aroused dogs, as well as dogs who get carsick or are stressed by travel. 

We can help with puppy training, basic manners, behavior concerns, and performance skills in Rally, Agility, or Obedience.

$275 for 4 sessions

The first session is 1 hour. Additional sessions are 30 minutes.
