This class helps puppies build confidence, focus, and important early life skills through positive socialization and reward-based training. You’ll work on attention, walking on leash, sit, down, and coming when called, while also getting help with common puppy challenges.

For Puppies Ready for the Next Step

This class builds on the foundation laid in Puppy 101 and helps your puppy develop greater confidence, focus, and real-life reliability. We work on stay, come when called, leave-it, polite leash walking, and go-to-place, while continuing to build attention and learning skills.

Build the skills that make everyday life with your dog easier.

Learn how to help your dog pay attention, walk without pulling, come when called, settle when nothing is happening, greet people politely, and make better choices around everyday distractions.

We teach these skills in small, easy-to-learn, successful steps and then put them together for real-life situations.

Along the way, your dog will learn sit, down, stand, recall, loose-leash walking, leave it, mat work, handling, and attention around distractions.

7 weeks • 50-minute classes • $180

Take the skills your dog knows and make those skills work around distractions.

Help your dog stay connected when other dogs, people, food, movement, and exciting things compete for their attention.

You’ll strengthen loose-leash walking, recall, stays, settling, leave it, greetings, and attention while gradually increasing distractions.

The goal: a dog who can work with you even when something else is more interesting.

Build greater distance, duration, distraction, and independence while strengthening your dog’s ability to stay connected and make good choices.

Level 3 also develops the teamwork and foundation skills that can open the door to Rally, Obedience, Agility, Nose Work, and other dog sports.

The goal: a great everyday companion—and a training partner ready for whatever you’d like to do next.
